一、个人简介

崔莹新,1993年12月出生，山西省洪洞县人，民族（汉族），中共党员，讲师，博士。2015年6月于哈尔滨工程大学数学与应用数学专业本科毕业，2015年9月—2018年3月于哈尔滨工程大学应用数学专业硕士研究生毕业，2018年9月—2021年6月于天津大学数学专业博士研究生毕业。
